Customized Massage

With our customized massage, your therapist will help you determine what treatments would be best for your particular needs. Our therapies can include any combination of deep tissue, Swedish, cupping, trigger point, friction therapy or a number of other modalities.

Cupping Therapy

I am a Certified Cupping Practioner and use a method called vacuum cupping. The vacuum creates a negative pressure on the muscles in the body which helps to increase bloodflow and relieve stagnation. It is used as treatment for sore muscles, fatigue, anxiety and much more.

This service is either booked as 60 minutes intending to focus on a smaller area of concern or 90 minutes for full body cupping.  The cupping modality itself can also be incorporated into our customized sessions as well in smaller areas. If you are unsure the best treatment method for you, please feel free to contact the spa for a consultation with one of the therapists.

Deep Tissue

Pressure Point Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is technique used to treat more specific concerns such as chronic muscle pain, limited mobility, or postural problems. This style of massage involves firm pressure and slow strokes reaching deeper layers of muscle and fascia to release the underlying tension.

Hot Stone

Enjoy a hot stone massage like you've never received before. Synergy Stones will provide a longer lasting, more consistent heat. Hot stone massages help to increase circulation and flow of energy, reduce stress and anxiety, decrease pain and tension, and promote better sleep.

Lomi Lomi

Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage often known as the “Loving Hands” massage. This massage incorporates the belief that the loving intention of the therapist, through their hands, helps you release not only physical tension, but also mental, emotional and spiritual blockages as well. Forearms and hands are used during this treatment working gently yet deeply into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes allowing the recipient to relax and just be. To create further balance within the body, the therapist will at times work on two different areas at the same time creating an experience unlike any other massage you’ve had before.
