~Owner~
~Licensed Massage Therapist~
~Certified Cupping Practitioner~
License #7501011238

In 2005, I finished my Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with a minor in Exercise Science at Oakland University. The same year, I completed my Massage Therapy diploma at National Institute of Technology. I absolutely love what I do! While I work with all sorts of clients, my favorite is to work on people who have had chronic pain from injury or ailments. People who have become so used to the pain they consider it "normal". I enjoy being able to show people it doesn't have to be normal and you don't have to live in pain. Now, I'm not saying I'm going to "fix" you, but I will do everything within my scope of practice to decrease your pain, increase range of motion and improve your overall health.

I am trained in multiple modalities some of which include: neuromuscular cupping therapy, swedish, deep tissue, gua sha, lomi lomi, stretching, hot stone and myofascial release. In my sessions (and with client's permissions), I use a combination of these tools to help reach whatever goal the client wishes to achieve. Whether it's for pain relief or relaxation, I can't wait to see you!!

~Reiki Practitioner~

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 200), Reiki II Certification, Yin Yoga TeacherTraining (YTT), Trauma-Informed Yoga Outreach Training (Michigan)

As a grateful and dedicated yogi, I believe in the power of yoga to enrich communities and illuminate lives. Initially drawn to yoga for it's physical benefits, I've discovered it's profound capacity to heal the mind, body, and spirit—a gift I'm deeply passionate about sharing.
